A bit about me:
Nathan Bevan
12+ years experience, 1000+ clients
I grew up a skinny kid who always wanted to look as though I trained. This forced me to get in the gym at the age of 14/15 with my older brother to start our fitness journey. I started by just lifting weights and just eating as much food as I could.
At the age of 19 I went playing rugby league in Australia to see how far I could take rugby, whilst over there I got my PT qualification and when I came home at 20 years old I started coaching. So i've been coaching now for 12 years.
I used to compete for fun for around 4 years from 2021 till 2025. I won shows and used competing to help me understand discipline and that you can still get in shape whilst eating food. You don't have to eat chicken, rice and broccoli everyday to get in shape. There can be a lot of variation.
Throughout that time i've got a lot of people in shape, which has been a real joy to do looking back! But I'm still as hungry as ever to help as many people as possible not only get in shape but stay there also!
I coach in a way of understanding every person; what they like, what they don't like, what's their biggest struggles at the moment, do they have any health conditions and start with the basics to help everything build a solid foundation to then build on top of.
